Bom, a Inglaterra não é minha...
Tirando isso, Morrissey fica se perguntando se ele ainda está ill - doente.
Oh boy... e eu então, que nem doente me sinto mais, a troco de não sentir mais nada.
Eu tb estou doente ainda?

Eu não entendo tudo que ele diz na música, parece que ele tá cobrando a vida de volta da cidade, mas não da pessoa que ele beijou embaixo da ponte.
Aparentemente essa pessoa não causou muita coisa nele, porque as coisas não eram como antigamente (o velho discurso...)
Mas se ele está se perguntando se está doente ainda, é porque estava doente quando os dias eram melhores, então alguma coisa mudou com essa illness dele que fez ele sentir que falta alguma positividade antiga.
